We ran out of propane unexpectedly on a Friday evening and got in touch with Jesse from Bubbas around 6pm. We weren’t currently customers and yet Jesse turned around and drove back to the shop and then drove another hour and a half to get to our home so we didn’t have to go all weekend without hot water and propane. That’s A++++++++ customer service!!! We are so grateful for Jesse for going above and beyond and are going to be permanent customers from here on out. We now have a monitor to alert if we ever get low again. Highly recommend!

I hired Bubbas Got Gas to inspect our propane lines for a new house we bought and I’m glad we did because they found that the lines were completely unsafe. As much as I was worried, they put me at ease and had folks fixing our issues the very next day. The service techs were super friendly and very thorough. I cannot recommend Bubbas Got Gas enough, they very well could have saved our lives.
